  • Did you know we are open for pre-booked appointments on Saturday mornings from 08.30 -11.30 and on Thursday evenings until 8pm?

  • A telephone advice service is available which you might find useful to solve your query without having to come in for an appointment. Our team on the phone will direct you to the most appropriate person to help you. We do understand there are times when you would rather not say what your concern is and we respect this. If you need to speak to a doctor, we will ask your regular doctor to call you back if he/she is available. After 12.00 or if your usual GP is away, we will offer you a call from the duty doctor.

  • Urgent cases are always seen on the same day - you may be asked to come in at 11.30 and wait - we will see you. Please try and ring in before 11.00 for home visits so the doctors can prioritise who needs to be seen first.

  • Thamesdoc run out-of-hours surgeries at Cranleigh Village Hospital over the weekends and Bank Holidays from 2-6pm. When you phone Thamesdoc on 0208 390 9991 please say that you want to be seen in Cranleigh or they may direct you to Guildford!

  • Make life easier with repeat prescriptions - our local pharmacies will collect them from the surgery so you don't have to. If you are on several medications and your regime is stable, talk to your doctor about Repeat Dispensing - we can give a 6 month batch of prescriptions to your pharmacist and you can collect your medicines each month directly from them, without having to fill in any more order forms!

  • We value your feedback about the services we provide and would like to know about any problems you may have with out-of-hours care, the Choose and Book System, getting out-patients appointments at Cranleigh Village Hospital, etc. Let us know if you are having problems so we can feed them back to the people that need to know.

  • Areas we are currently working on from patient feedback suggestions:
       - Maintaining good continuity of care for our patients
       - Possibility of texting appointment reminders to mobile phones
       - Art in the health centre
       - Informing patients when they arrive if there is an unexpectedly long waiting time to be seen
       - New music system for the waiting areas

  • Our team has been deeply affected by two colleagues having strokes. On 19th July we did a sponsored cycle and raised £ 2002 for the Stroke Association. Thank you for your support!
