Non-NHS services
The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, driving (and other) medicals and some vaccination services.
We are able to take payment for non-NHS services via credit card. We will accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Electron but not American Express.
Our fees for these services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, are currently being updated. Please ask in the surgery. The website will be updated shortly.
In line with British Medical Association guidance, we do not sign shotgun licences.
