Online services for under-16s.
At the current time we are unable to register under-16s on our online system to make appointments or order repeat prescriptions. This is due to the tricky medico-legal area of confidentiality and the constraints of the access system used.
We understand the frustration this causes - so here are our solutions!
Online prescription requests:
- We have set up an e-mail address through which you can request repeat prescriptions for your children
- Please note: we cannot guarantee the security of this e-mail address. We will not be able to reply to your request or hold a conversation with you via e-mail. Please do not use this e-mail to discuss any clinical information.
