Results of our first survey.
Thank you to everyone who took part in our first survey which was designed to find out which areas within the practice are important to you. For a look at the full results and a discussion of the results, follow the links:
The results showed that the two most important areas to you are 1) Quality of Clinical Care and 2) Access to appointments.
We have now launched two further questionnaires to look at these specific areas in more detail. Please do take a moment to take part - each survey takes a maximum of 14 clicks to complete so they are quick to do! These surveys will run until February 22nd.
The results of this second round of surveys will be discussed by the patient group at the end of February, and at the beginning of March an action plan will be formulated to carry this work forwards with the practice. We will also be holding an evening meeting with a wider group of patients and representatives of the practice to talk through the results - if you would like to be considered for an invitation to this event then please do email us.
Patients Group.
We are a group of patients, GPs and staff who have volunteered our time to improve health services. We are looking to reach a wider group of Cranleigh Medical Practice patients, through email, to find out what is important to you and how we can improve the healthcare services you receive.
Please help us by joining our Survey Group. We will contact you by email from time to time with a few questions to find out how you think the practice is doing. We will publish the results of the surveys on this page, together with discussions about the results.
